I don't know how that's possible either. I think we went from Rocky to Lone in a little over an hour.
We actually had to hike down Rondout Creek between 1/4-1/2 mi to get water first thing in the morning, so wound up climbing Rocky from the Southeast. There was so much blowdown, thick conifers, and tough ledges that I found Rocky to be the toughest 3,500 I've climbed yet. Coming down towards Lone was just as difficult too.
