Kaaterskill Hotel

Story of Lotowana



This is a true story of Lotowana, who is a beautiful Mohawk Indian princess who is involved in a love triangle between a young Mohawk Indian Chief and an Egyptian Prince. This story occured in the early 1600's, and the story was passed on for generations. In the late 1800's the story was documented. But, due to fiercy battles between Indians and European settlers most people really didn't care about the story anymore. We have researched and verified the story, and now we are presenting it here for the public to read. You can read the story by clicking here
